1. Before opening a ticket please listen to our network status message at (404) 592-6401. There you will hear the latest updates on any outages.

2. You should have read all of the hints and information on the preceding page before you open a ticket here. If you have not, please hit your back button now.

3. Please give us complete information. We need all questions on the form answered. We need you to give us an explanation of exactly what is happening including any error messages you are getting. We also need to know the type of device you are using.

4. When you open the ticket, you will be given an "Access Key" SAVE THIS KEY, because it will allow you to log into your ticket to check the progress and give us updates.

5. You will also receive an E-Mail as soon as you open your ticket. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder. Use the link in the Email to access your ticket at any time.

6. Make sure you have a way to check your Email (Cell Phone?) Although we may call you, we do not always do so.

7. Please do not open another ticket for the same issue. Your entire case will be bumped to the bottom of the list, as we handle the oldest tickets frst.
